Generally we find our customers or their contractors are confident with assembly of our products. We do not provide an installation service as such, but can recommend local specialists within London, or supervise on site when the complexity of the project demands.  

All of our pieces are shipped in parts and provided with complete installation instructions and care manuals. For further assistance, please seek support from our team at the London showroom.  Do note all electrical equipment should only be connected by locally qualified electricians.

Yes – TO ORDER pieces can be personalised by selecting from a wider range of sizes, colours and finishes. Limited edition and exceptional one-off pieces are researched, developed and created via our ATELIER service.

Yes, our products are often used in wet areas and on board private vessels and cruise liners. For these projects, we adapt designs according to individual requirements.

Where noted, the piece includes flat white shades in the size stated on the Product Sheets.  We are also able to supply additional sizes in flat or ribbon pleated fabrics from our selection of colours.  We are unable to work with COM fabrics, but will happily share the preferred sizing so that you can work with your local trusted shade maker to this end.

Orders are quality checked and packed carefully at our warehouse in Italy before shipping to any destination around the globe.  

EDIT pieces are generally well stocked and shipped immediately following full payment. TO ORDER and ATELIER pieces are made to order with 12 week production time following receipt of deposit and drawing approval.

Whilst we have no physical space at present, our London team handles all US enquires and orders.  Please contact us via the New York number and email provided in the Contact Us section. Baroncelli is a registered company in the US meaning you don’t need to worry about importing our products into the US.
